Valuation Consultant

As an Analyst in the Investor Relations team, your role involves assisting the senior team in developing and executing comprehensive investor relations strategies, managing key investor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between the firm and its investors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the firm's investment funds, portfolio companies, and their performance. Stay updated on portfolio company developments, acquisitions, and exits to effectively communicate relevant information to investors. - Conduct research on Limited Partners (LPs) and industry trends to support fundraising efforts and enhance investor relations strategies. - Ensure that internal databases containing investor specific information (key person contact, meeting notes, etc) as well as portfolio company information (performance, valuations, etc) are maintained and updated as required. - Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documents for fundraising activities. - Create and deliver investor communications, such as quarterly reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials for investor meetings and roadshows. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the investment group and legal, to gather performance data, market insights, and fund-related information, and convey these updates to investors. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to facilitate investor due diligence processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to investor inquiries. Qualifications: - Minimum 2-4 years of work experience from Big6 / Consulting firms. - Strong understanding of corporate finance and company valuation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. - Team player, humble, willing to put the firm first. - High level of genuine curiosity about our business and exhibits an eagerness to learn.,
