Valuation Consultant

Vacancy in Fair Valuation role with a Fintech Company.

Location - Baner, PUNE.

Profiles:

1) Consultant - Fair Valuation (CA with min. 1 year of experience. Any experience is fine)

2) Lead - Fair Valuation (CA with min. 3 years of experience in a client facing role with relevant exposure in valuation).

Excellent communication skills is must as both are front end (client facing) roles.

Responsibilities:

• Advising companies on Equity compensation Plans emphasizing on Valuation, accounting and disclosure from SEBI/ Accounting standard perspective

• Conceptualizing solutions around designing Valuation, accounting and disclosure from SEBI/ Accounting standard perspective, mainly from Corporate Laws and SEBI perspective.

• Giving opinions on accounting-related aspects.

• Meeting, discussion and presentations to the client as required.
