Real Estate Specialist

Graduate/Postgraduate in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the Program Management Team, require an Real Estate expert who needs to:

• Provide advice on real estate monetization strategy and actions

• Advice on land and any real estate valuation

• Manage Feasibility, Best use studies or any consultancy services where required

• Work with Financial Expert on Business plans or financial models

• Prepare suitable transaction models/ structures

• Advise and manage preparation of Development Agreements, RERA documentation, Allotment Agreement, Sale/ Lease Agreement etc.

• Assist in Bid Process Management

• Coordinate with Real estate players, developers

Position: Real Estate Specialist / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of real estate monetization plans in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

• Assist in conducting market analysis, feasibility assessments, and best-use studies.

• Support land and asset valuation exercises by coordinating with approved valuers.

• Contribute to preparation and review of financial models and business plans in collaboration with the financial team.

• Assist in structuring real estate transactions, including PPPs, leasing, or sales.

• Coordinate with legal consultants to draft and finalize agreements including Development Agreements, Allotment Agreements, Sale/Lease Deeds, and other documentation.

• Provide operational support for bid process management, including drafting RFPs and evaluation support.

• Liaise with real estate developers, consultants, and investors for project promotion and partnership opportunities
