About The Role
As a UX Designer at Auxia, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our customer-facing tools, including our web console (built on React/Next.js) and other potential touchpoints like mobile. Your designs will directly impact how customers interact with our platform, ensuring that our tools are intuitive, efficient, and delightful to use. You’ll collaborate closely with a talented and high-performing group of product managers and engineers, bringing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to life through exceptional user experiences.This role offers the opportunity to work on products that transform how enterprises approach customer engagement, contributing to a design ecosystem that combines innovation with usability.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Auxia’s customer-facing tools, including web and potentially mobile applications, ensuring seamless workflows for growth teams.
- Collaborate with a team of highly skilled product managers to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Partner with talented engineers to implement designs, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout the development process.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to enable scalable, consistent user experiences across platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing designs for web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience designing for web applications built on React/Next.js or similar frameworks is a plus; familiarity with mobile design best practices is also valued.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
- Proven ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant designs.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
