Analyst Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Role:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic RPA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions while ensuring the underlying infrastructure supports these solutions effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in UiPath RPA tool and a good understanding of IT infrastructure.

Work you will do.

• Assist in creating, improving, maintaining, and implementing RPA Solutions.
• Support the RPA handover process.
• Contribute to RPA BAU, including updating UiPath RPA standards and consistency.
• Work with business and technology teams to analyse and assess automation feasibility.
• Configure automation processes as per PDD/SDD.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and other team members.
• Develop code to meet the defined design/solution approach.
• Ensure quality of coded components by performing end-to-end unit testing.
• Be self-driven & can collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
• Support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
• Operate the robots in day-to-day work.

Key Skills

• 2+ years of professional services experience particularly in automation/integration projects.
• Knowledge of RPA tools especially UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Power Automate.
• Experience capturing and understanding the business process requirements and using the relevant tools (Promapp, Excel, Visio, UML, other).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
• Microsoft Technology (Windows, Edge Browser, SQL Server, Web Services).
• Added advantage to have Hands-on experience in APIs, Macro, HTML etc.
• Experience in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, Image and SAP based automation.
• Knowledge on version control and configuration management tools such as TFS/DevOps.
• Independent and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• BE/B.Tech/MCA Degree or relevant technical certifications With Overall 2+ years of IT experience.
• Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Work location: Hyderabad

Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
