Analyst – OpenText - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The Deloitte Managed Cloud Operations function is accountable for system administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support, vpn, RSA, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, FCR etc. This function is responsible for working with Internal clients across the firm and works closely with other ITS teams.

Work you’ll do

Our team in Hyderabad is seeking an Analyst, in DMC. As an Analyst in this team, the individual is expected to have a strong knowledge of system administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support, vpn, RSA, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, FCR, AWS/Azure IAM etc.

The candidate will focus on daily operational activities such as ticket resolution, troubleshooting, environment monitoring, report analysis, client support calls. The candidate will also participate in implementations, upgrades, and the day-to-day operations of solutions for a variety of deployment scenarios including demo; sandbox; development and client facing production environments.

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in OpenText Content Server and Microsoft SharePoint products, technologies, platforms, frameworks, and methodologies
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and ability to work independently in a highly matrixed, varied and diverse environment with fast changing priorities
• The ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• A high attention to detail while producing quality work in a timely manner
• Expertise in application development and the system development lifecycle
• Expertise in Opentext and Microsoft suite of technologies in design, implementation and deployment:
• OpenText Content Server 10
• Document Management and Archive Server
• Records Management
• Web Content Management
• Workflow Development
• WebReport and WebForm
• OpenText Oscript
• OpenText Eclipse environment
• Java framework
• SQL Server
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS
• Microsoft Office 2010/2013.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
• 1-2.6 years’ experience in a similar role.
