Responsibilities

UX Writing

Develop strategies to improve user comprehension and engagement.
Create clear microcopy (CTAs, error messages, onboarding, etc.).
Ensure tone and voice consistency across touchpoints.
Write inclusive, accessible content (screen reader compatible).
Use AI tools for sentiment analysis, persona generation, and content suggestions.
Apply taxonomy and personalization methods to enhance UX.
Validate content effectiveness through testing and analytics.

UX Research

Analyze behavioral data, surveys (CSAT, NPS), and complaints.
Design and run experiments to generate insights.
Combine behavioral analytics and VOC data to identify pain points.
Build user personas and journey maps.
Collaborate with CX/behavioral analysts to support solutioning and A/B testing.
