Key Responsibilities

5+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Experience writing reports and internal communications.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
Experience with agile process and delivery models.
A rigorous approach to documentation and organization.
Tools: Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout,
Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze Bonus Points.
SaaS experience desired.
A versatile thinker comfortable working with ambiguity.
