Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and other Designers, owning the user journey end-to-end—from research and discovery to prototyping and final delivery. You’ll be an advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and pain points translate into seamless, impactful product experiences that meet both business and customer goals. 

What you’ll be doing

Understand & Translate Requirements : Convert complex business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. 

Deliver UI/UX Assets : Create polished UI/UX deliverables and specifications in Figma or other standard tools. 

Maintain Design Systems : Contribute to and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability across products. 

Conduct User Research : Carry out user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions. 

Collaborate with Teams : Work with product managers, analysts, developers, and designers in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure seamless implementation. 

Stay Updated : Keep up with emerging design patterns, industry trends, and best practices while bringing fresh ideas forward. 

Communicate Design Rationale : Clearly articulate design reasoning and advocate for user needs in cross-functional discussions. 

Showcase Portfolio Strength : Demonstrate problem-solving, design thinking, and execution skills through a strong portfolio. 

Apply UX Principles : Utilize expertise in UX, interaction design, usability heuristics, and information architecture. 

Use Design Tools : Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools to deliver high-quality designs. 

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably with both web and mobile products. 
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability heuristics, and information architecture. 
• Hands-on expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale and advocate for users in cross-functional discussions. 
• A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving ability, design thinking, and execution across various product types. 
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced product environment is a plus.
