Role Overview:

Senior UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design Ownership

  : Take concepts from requirements gathering through wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and handoff to development.

• Collaboration

  : Work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

• Design System Management

  : Create and maintain a scalable design system, including design tokens, variables, states, and reusable components.

• Data-Heavy Interfaces

  : Design dashboards, reporting tools, and interfaces for AI/ML-driven healthcare applications.

• User-Centric Design

  : Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Cross-Functional Handoff

  : Communicate design specifications effectively to developers; leverage your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge the gap between design and development.

• Scalability & Consistency

  : Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Requirement

• Experience

  : 4+ years as a Product or UX Designer in a product company (SaaS/Health Tech preferred).

• Design Tools

  : Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools).

• Design System

  : Strong understanding of design tokens, variables, states, and maintaining component libraries.

• Dashboard & AI-ML

  : Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and tools powered by AI/ML.

• Front-End Knowledge

  : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with engineers.

• End-to-End Process

  : Comfort with taking a product from research to wireframe to high-fidelity UI to developer handoff.

• Collaboration

  : Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.

• Healthcare Advantage
