Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 4–8 years Employment: Full‑Time About E2M – AI Division We’re building cutting‑edge web tools and dashboards that power both our AI products and internal platforms. You’ll join our AI team—a fast‑moving, tech‑driven squad—designing interfaces that make complex data and workflows intuitive and impactful. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end UI/UX design for web applications: from discovery and wireframing to interactive prototypes and final handoff. Develop dashboards and data‑rich platforms tailored for enterprise/internal use. Design wireframes, user flows, process flows, storyboards, site maps and interactive prototypes. Apply UX best practices to solve user pain points—focus on clarity, simplicity, and efficiency. Collaborate tightly with product managers, AI engineers, front‑end developers, and stakeholders. Conduct user research or testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. Present design concepts, rationale, and deliverables to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and UI guidelines for consistency across tools. What We’re Looking For 4–8 years in UI/UX roles with strong emphasis on web apps and dashboard design. Proven portfolio showcasing enterprise dashboard, web application designs, flows, and deliverables. Tools mastery: Figma (Must), Photoshop, or Sketch/Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar. Experience designing responsive, data‑rich interfaces. Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, usability testing, accessibility standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to distill complex workflows into elegant UIs. Bonus: familiarity with design systems, motion/micro-interactions, and AI/ML-centric products.
