Job Title: UI/UX Designer Experience: 7–9 Years Location: Gurgaon (Onsite Contract) Shift Timings: IST Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer with 7–9 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon . The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, create user personas, and translate findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability). Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs. Maintain consistency in design standards, UI elements, and best practices across all platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills: 7–9 years of proven UI/UX design experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first principles. Solid understanding of user-centered design, UX research, and interaction design principles. Experience with tools for prototyping, wireframing, and visual design. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
