Role Description

This is a full-time role for a User Experience Designer based on-site in Kolkata. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. The day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience for our clients' digital products.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and iterate accordingly.
• Translate business and user requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and UX.
• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (or similar).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills — able to present and explain ideas clearly.
• Experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.
