Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Writer to craft compelling content that educates, engages, and converts. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who loves writing and wants to grow in the B2B SaaS content space. Responsibilities Write engaging blogs, website content, product descriptions, social media posts, and email copy. Conduct basic research on industry topics (e.g., resource management, project planning, team productivity). Assist in SEO-friendly content creation with appropriate keywords, formatting, and tone. Support the marketing team with campaign content and collateral. Proofread and edit content before publishing. Stay updated with SaaS, HR tech, and project management trends. Requirements 1 year of relevant content writing experience. Strong command of English grammar and writing clarity. Ability to simplify complex concepts and write for a professional audience. With clients across industries and geographies, our solution helps organizations optimize resource utilization, manage project capacity, and streamline scheduling-leading to better planning, cost savings, and improved performance. As we continue to grow, we’re building a team of forward-thinking professionals who are passionate about solving real business problems with smart technology. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and qualify potential international leads across target industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting platforms. Execute outbound email marketing campaigns aimed at generating quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel. Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B leads through cold outreach, follow-ups, and drip campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging, qualify leads, and ensure smooth handoff. Analyze performance of campaigns (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and continuously improve strategies for better ROI. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives including content strategy, social media, SEO, and webinars as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B international lead generation, preferably for SaaS or tech products. Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Woodpecker, Lemlist, etc.).
