While eRS continues to evolve, we’re now building a brand-new app from scratch, and we’re looking for a Senior App Developer to take the lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a new mobile app using Flutter (for both Android & iOS).
• Build the app architecture, structure code for scalability and reusability.
• Collaborate closely with product & design teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Guide and mentor a small team (2–3 developers); conduct code reviews, resolve blockers, and ensure high code quality.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services.
• Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and continuously improve features.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile app development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with apps published on Google Play / App Store.
• Proficiency in native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Experience building and scaling apps from scratch.
• Ability to lead a team, manage timelines, and deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative, product-focused environment.
