Role & responsibilities Onboarding senior-level professionals across industries for short-term consulting assignments Handling client relationship management and end-to-end coordination Managing daily operational activities, including interactions with clients and experts Sourcing candidates via platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Ensuring smooth execution of assignments in a time-bound and high-quality manner Preferred candidate profile 6 months to 1.5 years of work experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong sourcing and calling abilities, especially in cold calling Benefits Performance-based incentives in addition to salary Fast-track career growth in a rapidly scaling startup Opportunity to work in a passionate, youthful, and dynamic environment Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred
