Job Description

, Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Admin, HR, Logistics, Healthcare, etc.) in the US market . Use advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements. Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS or internal databases regularly. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly recruiting targets and SLAs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in US staffing/recruitment , specifically for non-IT roles . Proficiency in sourcing techniques including: LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean Search (LinkedIn & Google) X-Ray Search Strong understanding of the US job market, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and time zones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deliver under tight deadlines. BBachelor'sachelors degree in any discipline. Work Environment: Work Mode: Onsite Bangalore Office Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (US Shift) What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
