Process Compliance Adhere strictly to company policies, scripts, and quality standards. Comply with US regulatory guidelines, such as TCPA, HIPAA, or GDPR (as applicable). Follow organizational security protocols while handling sensitive customer data. Maintain call quality and customer experience benchmarks. 5. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with internal teams for customer issue resolution. Share feedback on customer trends, complaints, and product improvements. Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and performance metrics. Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
