US Tech Support Representative

Job Description: Candidates applying for the position should have excellent English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and operational skills are a prerequisite for this role. The job entails working night shifts, and candidates should be comfortable with this schedule. Responsibilities include upselling service plans and software to US clients through chat or calls. Additionally, candidates will be required to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to MS Office Suite, Windows OS, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras.
