Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive for the US technical support and sales process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to US clients through chat or calls. Your key responsibilities will include upselling service plans and software, as well as troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to MS Office Suite, Windows OS, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras. You will need to possess excellent English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be comfortable working night shifts. Qualifications Required: - Excellent English communication skills - Basic computer knowledge and operational skills - Comfortable working night shifts - Experience in technical sales - Prior experience working with smart speakers, email support, extenders/routers, GPS systems, etc. Please note that this is a full-time position with night shifts scheduled six days a week, with Sundays being a fixed day off.
