Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end US recruitment

  , focusing 60% on non-IT roles (healthcare, logistics, customer service, etc.) and 40% on IT/tech roles.
• Collaborate with the

  US onshore team

  to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations in alignment with US time zones and hiring practices.
• Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with the

  Pune-based team

  to support local hiring needs as required.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws, company policies, and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in US recruitment with a strong track record in

  non-IT hiring (60%)

  and

  IT/tech hiring (40%)

  .
• Prior experience working with

  US-based clients or onshore teams

  is a must.
• Excellent sourcing skills using ATS, job portals, and social media.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across time zones.
• Flexibility to work in overlapping hours with the US team when required.
