You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment within the IT and non-IT industry, focusing on junior and middle-level positions. This includes utilizing various job portals, referencing and mapping candidates for urgent closures, negotiating offers when necessary, and coordinating telephonic interviews. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct mass mailings and job postings to attract a diverse range of applicants and maintain an internal database for future reference. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive problem-solving attitude. The ability to work night shifts from 6.30 PM to 4 AM, including a one-hour dinner break, is essential.
