US Recruiter

You will be joining our team as a US Recruiter for the Canada/USA recruitment process. Your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment activities for international clients based in Canada and the USA during night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various channels such as job portals and social media. - Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates" qualifications and experience. - Coordinating with candidates for interviews and ensuring smooth communication with hiring managers. - Maintaining accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process. - Following up with candidates throughout the interview process to keep them engaged and informed. - Achieving recruitment targets and meeting deadlines. - Providing a positive candidate experience and representing the organization professionally.
