US Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist at DevCare Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from our clients. Your role will involve client interaction to gather new requirements, follow up on submittals, conduct interviews, and ensure successful placements. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong client management skills and maintain a proven track record of individual success. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent technical knowledge, proficiency in recruitment tools and strategies, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A target-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated and energetic graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US-IT recruitment. Hands-on experience with state or federal clients, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are key attributes we are looking for. You should be able to collaborate effectively within a team, adapt quickly to new challenges, and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates. This position requires working the complete US shift (night shift) with timings from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST. You will have a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays as fixed days off. Additionally, we provide cab facilities for our employees and dinner is provided in the company, ensuring a comfortable and convenient work environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
