Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Noida. The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also manage job postings, collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing requirements promptly.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience in screening and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in managing job postings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with hiring managers
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
