Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation

  : Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for US-based clients using various job portals, social media, and networking.

• Recruitment Lifecycle Management

  : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Interview & Coordination

  : Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

• Tool Utilization & Negotiation

  : Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job boards. Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates.

• Pipeline & Compliance

  : Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements. Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in

• Strong knowledge of

• Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
