US

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for US roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Work closely with US hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, internal ATS, and Boolean searches.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ensure all hiring activity complies with US labor laws and company policies.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement efforts.
Mentor junior recruiters (for SME role) and support in process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

US Recruiter: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Senior US Recruiter: 24 years of experience
SME: 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in the US market

Communication Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English
Able to interact confidently with international stakeholders

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
Comfortable using Excel and reporting dashboards

Preferred Traits:

Immediate Joiners Preferred
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ownership
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
