**Key Responsibilities**

• Recruitment Support

• Conduct

  high-volume screening of applications

  for frontline roles (Warehouse, Customer Service, Showroom, etc.).
• Post open positions on job boards, company websites, and internal platforms.
• Review resumes and profiles;

  shortlist top candidates

  based on requirements.
• Submit shortlisted profiles to U.S. HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate

  candidate interview scheduling

  across time zones.
• Prepare

  offer letter drafts

  for U.S. HR BP presentation.

• HR Operations & Projects

• Assist with

  career page consolidation

  for multiple brands (Virginia Tile, GallerDuff, Trinity).
• Maintain and update

  organization charts

  in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Manage

  Service Awards and Employee Recognition programs

  .
• Provide

  Tier 1 employee inquiry support

  (e.g., basic HR policy clarifications, process guidance).

• Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• 24 years of HR experience (preferably in recruitment and generalist roles).

• Strong knowledge of HR processes

  and best practices.
• Experience in

  candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling

  .
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office Suite and HRIS systems

  (knowledge of ATS is a plus).
• Comfortable working

  U.S. shift timings

  (to support U.S. team).
