Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

2. Full-Cycle Recruiting

   :
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of engineering positions based in the US.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer stage.
• Handle negotiations and extend offers to selected candidates.

3. Candidate Sourcing & Networking

   :
• Use various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates within the engineering space.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.

4. Client and Stakeholder Management

   :
• Work closely with hiring managers and team leads in the US to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the status of open roles, candidate pipeline, and timelines.

5. Interview Coordination

   :
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct preliminary phone interviews, assessing candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate technical assessments and coding challenges as necessary.

6. Recruitment Process Improvement

   :
• Continuously review and refine the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve candidate experience and recruitment strategies.

7. Compliance & Documentation

   :
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and offer details.

8. Diversity and Inclusion

   :
• Promote a diverse and inclusive hiring process by identifying a diverse talent pool.
• Ensure unbiased hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.

• Experience

  :
• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on hiring for engineering/technical roles in the US market.
• Proven track record in recruiting for a range of engineering positions, including software engineers, data engineers, product engineers, and other technical roles.

• Sourcing Skills

  :
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
• Experience with Boolean search techniques and other creative sourcing strategies.

• Communication Skills

  :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with candidates effectively and maintain strong relationships.

• Cultural Fit

  :
• Understanding of the US job market, particularly the nuances in hiring for tech talent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand recruitment environment.

• Education

  :
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with US-based clients, especially in the IT and technology industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Understanding of the H1B visa process and working with candidates on visa sponsorships (preferred).
