Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Impact Outreach

    : Proactively connect with potential candidates through calls, sourcing, and submissions.
  • Candidate Engagement

    : Respond to AI-generated interested candidates promptly (within one hour) to ensure seamless experience and maintain high efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Pipeline Management

    : Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Performance & Results

    : Drive business growth by matching top talent with the right opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Compliance

    : Attend all calls booked by

    AI

    , follow best practices in talent acquisition, and contribute to an agile recruitment strategy.
  • Brand Advocacy & Social Engagement:

    Actively engage on LinkedIn and other professional networks by sharing company updates, achievements, and insights. Share industry trends, hiring insights, and success stories to position eTeam as a leader in workforce, business, and digital transformation. Support recruitment and business efforts by commenting on, liking, and sharing eTeam posts.

    Encourage referrals and networking

    by promoting eTeams brand and open roles online.

    experience working with MSP/VMS based Direct Clients or System Integrators

  • Ability to Learn and be Coachable:

  • Strong Selling Skills:

    Must possess strong sales abilities, including the ability to present job opportunities persuasively to candidates.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills:

    The ability to effectively communicate job requirements, candidate qualifications, and service offerings with clarity, professionalism, and precision. This includes articulating information clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats, to internal teams, and candidates.
  • Bachelors Degree in IT/Pharma

    is preferred, however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
