Job Description KoreRPO is hiring US Recruiters with experience in either IT (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.) or Non-IT (Accounting, Banking, Finance, Audit, Compliance, Taxation, etc.) domains. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, ensuring high-quality and timely candidate delivery. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about recruitment, target-driven, and looking for global career exposure in US staffing. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment : requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and internal databases. Conduct screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and work authorization. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates within your specialization (IT or Non-IT). Negotiate pay rates, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) , and onboarding terms with candidates and vendors. Partner with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within deadlines. Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in ATS/CRM systems . Consistently achieve submission, interview, and placement targets . Build long-term professional relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients. Key Skills & Requirements Experience: 1-4 years in US Recruitment (IT or Non-IT). Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of hiring in your area of expertise (IT or Non-IT). Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed , and networking channels. US Staffing Knowledge: Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations ( H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN ). Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Target-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools for candidate management. Shift: Willingness to work night shifts (aligning with US time zones).
