Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for US People Ops queries, ensuring timely, accurate, and service-oriented responses.
Manage end-to-end US payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Handle US employment contracts, employee documentation, and HR records.
Oversee the background verification (BGV) process, ensuring timely completion.
Support onboarding of US new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience.
Partner closely with US stakeholders, India People Ops colleagues, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

Process Management & Continuous Improvement

Identify and suggest improvements to simplify and strengthen US People Ops processes.
Ensure consistency, standardisation, and efficiency in HR operations delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues in India, UK, and the US to share best practices and improve global alignment.

Data, Systems & Reporting

Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data for US employees, ensuring integrity and compliance.
Support reporting requirements and provide data inputs to People leadership as needed.
