US People Operations Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining the People team in India as a US People Operations Specialist, responsible for providing support to our US employees and ensuring smooth HR processes to deliver a positive employee experience. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be critical in maintaining accurate and timely HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for US People Ops queries, offering timely and service-oriented responses. - Manage US employment contracts, employee documentation, and HR records efficiently. - Coordinate the background verification (BGV) process to ensure timely completion. - Facilitate the smooth onboarding experience for US new hires. - Collaborate with stakeholders in the US, India, and external vendors for seamless delivery. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in US People Ops. - Ensure consistency and efficiency in HR operations delivery. - Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data for US employees, ensuring compliance. - Support reporting requirements and provide data inputs to People leadership as needed. Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with US-based employees and stakeholders. - Strong service orientation, being approachable, responsive, and focused on employee experience. - Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach in process enhancements. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Comfortable working with HR systems/tools, experience with HRIS is a plus. - Willingness to work in US time zones, including night shifts.
