Job Summary As a US IT Recruitment Manager at Bluphlux, you will lead our recruitment efforts in the United States, leveraging our cutting-edge AI technology to identify and attract top IT talent. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that we deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the US IT recruitment team to achieve hiring goals. Utilize Bluphluxs AI-driven recruitment platform to identify and attract top IT talent. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with the technology team to continuously improve the recruitment platform. Required Qualifications Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a managerial role. Strong understanding of the US IT job market and hiring trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in using Language Models (LLMs) for recruitment. Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
