Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for sales, site, and support roles in

    real estate.

  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates as per manpower needs.
  • Handle employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, documentation, exit formalities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and assist in audits.
  • Draft and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws.
  • Drive employee engagement and grievance handling.
  • Maintain HR records: attendance, leaves, and employee files.
  • Support appraisals, training needs, and workforce planning.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience

    in HR, with

    real estate industry

    exposure preferred.
  • Strong in recruitment, payroll basics, compliance, and coordination.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with HRMS/ATS tools and MS Office
