Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, and support roles in real estate. Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates as per manpower needs. Handle employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, documentation, exit formalities. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and assist in audits. Draft and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws. Drive employee engagement and grievance handling. Maintain HR records: attendance, leaves, and employee files. Support appraisals, training needs, and workforce planning. Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred. 3 - 5+ years of experience in HR, with real estate industry exposure preferred. Strong in recruitment, payroll basics, compliance, and coordination. Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Familiar with HRMS/ATS tools and MS Office
