VLink is Hiring: US IT Recruiter / Senior Recruiter Noida & Gurgaon Location: Noida & Gurgaon Compensation: Market-competitive Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid Shift & Working Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)Cab both side + Meal Notice Period: Maximum 15 days Requirements: Candidates with a stable career history are preferred. Strong proficiency in English communication is essential. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full life cycle of recruitment for State and Direct Clients. Sourcing and handling W2, U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. Utilizing various recruitment techniques effectively. Proven success in U.S. staffing sales. Assessing IT professionals’ skills across specialized domains. Strong negotiation skills across all technical levels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred) or any graduate discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Experience working with Implementation Partners. Willingness to work in EST shift hours. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
