Job Description: US IT Recruiter (Onsite Position) Location : R Hub Building,3rd floor, Madhapur Shift Timings : 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Experience : 2-7 Years Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases. Perform initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, communication skills, visa status, availability, and salary expectations. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, follow up on interview feedback, and manage candidate pipelines. Negotiate rates/salaries and finalize offers. Build strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 15 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruiting. Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in night shifts (US time zone). Knowledge of recruiting tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
