Role Summary

An experienced US IT Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment in B2B (vendor/client partnerships) and B2C (direct client) environments. Skilled in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and placing top IT talent across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. Adept in working with VMS portals, direct clients, and third-party vendors in a fast-paced US staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating rates, and onboarding.
• Work with B2B vendors and B2C direct clients to fulfill IT requirements (contract, C2C, W2, 1099).
• Source candidates via Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking, Referrals, Internal Database.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, TN).
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for B2B hiring.
• Handle VMS (Vendor Management Systems) requisitions and meet SLAs.
• Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contract terms with both clients and consultants.
• Conduct candidate background verification & onboarding support.
• Maintain recruitment reports, pipeline, and hiring metrics.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of US IT recruitment experience (B2B & B2C).
• Strong understanding of US tax terms: C2C, W2, 1099.
• Expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Diva, Bullhorn, ATS tools.
• Knowledge of US employment laws, immigration, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts/US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Vendor & Client relationship management.
• Proven track record of achieving hiring targets in competitive environments.
• Exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment (nice to have).
