Job Summary:

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT positions (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate offers, salaries, and benefits packages.
• Ensure compliance with

  US employment laws and visa requirements

• Maintain accurate records in the

  Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Stay updated on

  IT industry trends

  , salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Attend industry events and engage in proactive networking.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market.
• Strong understanding of

  technical roles and IT terminologies

• Familiarity with

• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
