US IT Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist at our company located in Azhagiyamandapam, you will be responsible for procuring people for different IT requirements and sourcing potential candidates using niche platforms related to IT. Your role will involve working closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers, and you should be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers to understand IT requirements - Procure people for different IT requirements - Use niche platforms related to IT to source potential candidates - Analyze all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate with Good Verbal & Written communication skills - Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts - Self-motivated individual who can also work well in a team environment Please note that the work location for this position is on the road. This is a full-time, permanent position with night shift hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.,
