About the Role

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US-based clients (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
• Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and internal databases.
• Evaluate candidates’ technical and communication skills through phone/virtual interviews.
• Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Stay updated on US recruitment practices, visa regulations (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT), and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Hands-on experience working with W2, 1099, and C2C employment types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work in

• Experience in vendor management and direct client interactions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
