Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with at least 6 Months of hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should be familiar with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and clients/vendor partners across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals in the US market using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen candidates for technical compatibility, cultural fit, experience, and communication skills.
• Manage full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating rates, and closing candidates.
• Work with direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track submissions using ATS or internal databases.
• Arrange interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work during US shifts (EST/CST/PST) as needed.
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 Months of US IT recruitment experience (bench sales experience can be specified if required).
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Experience using US job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Flexible to work in US Shift.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with VMS portals and direct clients.
• Familiarity with technical terminologies and IT skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
