Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end

  US IT recruitment

  for mid to senior-level positions.
• Source candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS.
  
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, visa status, and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
  
• Negotiate rates and confirm employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
  
• Work closely with Account Managers to prioritize and close requirements quickly.
  
• Maintain accurate and updated ATS records and daily submission reports.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups, onboarding support, and consultant retention.
  
• Meet monthly hiring targets and contribute to team performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience

  in US IT recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and hiring processes.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, social media, and networking channels.
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  
• Experience working with VMS, MSP clients is a plus.
