US IT Recruiter

Role Description

We are hiring for a US IT Recruiter, based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience with Technical Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some work from home
• Understanding of the IT industry and related job roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus
• Experience in a consulting firm or similar environment is beneficial
