Position: US IT Recruiters Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal Responsibilities: Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for various IT & Healthcare positions in the US market. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals through various channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social networks). Negotiate salary and terms of employment with candidates. Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
