Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA Time Zone) Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) Experience: 2.5yrs to 4yrs Salary Range: INR 4,50,000 to INR 6,50,000 (per annum) + Commission per placement About the Role: We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 2.5 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an onsite role where you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions. You must have a strong understanding of job requirements , the ability to analyze resumes to identify the right skills and gaps , and ensure candidates are a good fit for the job. You will also need expertise in US work authorization types , tax terms , and experience using Ceipal ATS or any other Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Important: Applicants must include their LinkedIn profile link along with their resume when applying for this position. Key Responsibilities: Manage & Fulfil end-to-end US-based IT/Functional IT requirements for Full-time and contract hires. Experience in Bulk-hiring for US geography , candidate should have good knowledge on Visas, Tax Terms, recruitment cycle, technologies. Extensive experience in ā€œself-sourcingā€ using Job Portals and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.) Analyze resumes to identify the right skills, spot missing qualifications, and assess if candidates are suitable for the job. Extremely good with Boolean searches and should have prior experience working on Job portals like Dice / Monster. Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual. Good at reactive & proactive recruitment. Track-record of Quality over Quantity. Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates. Experience in building a promising pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translating these referrals into ā€œhiring numbersā€. Experience working on ATS like Ceipal. Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates. Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions. Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire. Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc. Build a strong pipeline of IT candidates through networking and innovative sourcing strategies. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit. Stay updated on US IT industry trends, technologies, and market demands. Good to Have: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications like AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), LinkedIn Certified.
