Job Title:

Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment life cycle

for IT positions in the US market.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Work closely with Account Managers to understand job requirements.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate salary rates and close offers.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stay updated on US hiring trends and visa regulations.

Requirements:

4-5 years of hands-on experience in

US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of

US work visas

(H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
Expertise with

job portals

like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience working with

VMS portals & MSP clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in

US shifts (Night shift).
