Position : US IT Recruiter

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment lifecycle by assisting in sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
• Communicate with U.S.-based candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Learn about IT job roles, skills, and U.S. hiring practices.
• Work with senior recruiters on live requirements.
• Use job boards and AI-driven tools to identify candidates.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain engagement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong interest in computer technologies and IT terminology.
• Passion for networking and building professional relationships.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and team oriented.
