US IT Recruiter

The Talent Placement Specialist (Floater Role) is a dynamic and multi-domain recruiting professional responsible for driving successful placements across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Banking, and other industry verticals. This role demands agility and versatility balancing active client requirements and bench talent marketing based on real-time business priorities.

The Specialist will work closely with delivery, sales, and account management teams to ensure maximum bench utilization, faster fulfilment, and continuous talent alignment with client needs. Acting as a floater, this role ensures seamless contribution across client accounts, domains, and geographies to achieve high placement efficiency and revenue impact.

Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience in staffing or recruitment, preferably in a multi-domain environment (IT & Non-IT).

• Strong understanding of bench sales, talent marketing, and full recruitment lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demand-driven environment.

• Familiarity with job portals, VMS platforms, and CRM/ATS tools.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and turnaround time.
