Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. The US IT Recruiter will be involved in technical recruiting and ensuring the alignment of candidates’ skills with job requirements to fulfill organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
• Effective in Hiring and Recruiting candidates
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terms associated with IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience working in the IT industry is a plus
